Testing days run on a fixed script with a pitch cap and a documented chain of custody for every measurement. Bring her once and she leaves with a verified line of data — and, at select events, college coaches in attendance.
College coaches always reach out to the guardian on file — there is no coach-to-athlete direct message path anywhere on Fastpitch Authority.

Built for her safety first
Guardians hold the keys
You approve her profile, her photos, and her visibility. Consent can be revoked at any time and takes effect immediately.
Under 13 is never discoverable
Younger athletes can train and track progress, but they cannot be browsed by coaches or listed publicly.
Coaches contact you
Verified college coaches see a guardian's name, email, and phone. There is no direct message path to your daughter.
For college coaches
Coach access opens for 16U and above. Verified programs will browse staff-measured metrics and season stats, with guardian contact for athletes whose families have opted in. Email support@fastpitchauthority.com to be told when it opens.
Common questions
Can I log her numbers myself?
Yes. Anything you enter is labeled self-reported and is never shown to a college coach as verified data.
Does one subscription cover more than one daughter?
Yes. Subscriptions are household-scoped, so every athlete linked to your account is covered.
What happens if I revoke consent?
Her visibility is stripped immediately — profile, photos, and video come down across public and coach surfaces.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings. Subscriptions run for a year and end at the close of the period.
